Holiday rentals with beach access in Grand County

The caves were a VERY cool Airbnb in the middle of the Canyon! It was a very unique and amazing place to stay at, and from there continue our roadtrip to Canyonlands through the Shafer trail (which was a host recommendation). Would fully recommend if you're roadtripping around Utah! We would've loved to stay there longer, however we had to continue with our tight roadtrip schedule! Rich and team were always very responsive and helpful! Thanks for a memorable stay!

I absolutely loved my stay here! There was plenty of room for the entire family to have their own space. There is also great areas to gather together as a family. I was very impressed with Brian and how on top of everything he was. I knew if I ever had a problem I could contact him and he would respond promptly. I would highly recommend staying at one of Brian‘s properties. He was a great host and our family loved our time in his house.

We stayed at the Luxury Downtown Condo 1 in April 2025. The unit is centrally located in short walking distance to main street restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. It is as nice as indicated by the pictures and the description in the listing. Will definitely check its availability when visiting Moab the next time. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay, we came for the car show and stayed longer to do some four wheeling, the Airbnb is in an amazing location just off the main strip so it’s not too busy but is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Stephanie is a great host , quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!
