A 2 bedroom apartment less than 3 km from the city center. Sitting room has a sofa bed and can sleep up to 6individuals comfortably. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for buses) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away

Living area has entertainment system, pull-out sofa bed, separate utility and a den/study. Perfectly located in Monkstown village with shops and restaurants, and just a 1 minute walk to the DART, making it very convenient to get to Dublin city centre in 20 minutes (Aviva stadium is 15 minutes away).
