Cosy Space at St Stephens Green

My cosy flat is the perfect space for travellers looking for a small private space. It is located in a large Georgian house with other private apartments also in the building. The house itself is quite old and a little run down but my space is renovated with all you need for a comfortable stay. St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are a 5-minute walk and Temple Bar is 20 minutes walking. Not suitable to work from home as it does not have a comfortable work space.

This is a private 2 room self contained flat comprising 1 bedroom, lobby/shower/wc. The 2nd. room consists of kitchen/dining room constant hot water with a very comfortable 2 person sofa bed. Located in the heart of Rathmines and only 10-30 minutes walk to Dublin's many inner city attractions. Located to the front of the house, the kitchen/sitting room overlooks the rear garden. There is a great bus service at the end of Grove Park to the city centre.

Peter was an incredible host, always very kind, welcoming and hilarious! We felt right at home from the moment we were greeted by Peter. Peter gave great recommendations and was always great company for a good chat too. The home itself is absolutely stunning. Peter has clearly put in substantial effort in decorating and maintaining the property making our stay extra special. It is a stone’s throw from Dublin’s top attractions too.

I got very specific instructions how to get to the address, including a photo of the entryway. The space was very well-maintained, clean and inviting. All amenities promised in the description were available. The place is well located, in a quiet alley right next to a bunch of bars and cafes worth visiting. The walk to the Temple Bar takes about 15 minutes, about the same to the Heuston train station. Tim's an excellent lad who will make you feel at home. Thanks to his recommendations, I had a great time staying in Dublin. Very recommended.

We only had a short stay at Andrews. The location is close to some nice places and the room was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit later than expected but that was not a problem. Very good. The room is clean and cozy, a very attentive welcome and they were there for anything. I really appreciate that it comes with breakfast included, which was something I was looking for. The room is a bit far from the center but very accessible, with many buses to get there. There is a lot of silence in the neighborhood. Highly recommended. Elva is very attentive to everything you need and responds quickly.
