Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Petit appartement mais parfaitement fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Le logement étais très propre, nous avons pas eu l'occasion de croisé Kieran, mais Émilie est très serviable et agréable. Le logement correspondait aux photos et l'arrivée très facile. Lieu très cosy et tranquille. Nous reviendrons sans doute si nous revenons dans la région. Je recommande ce logement.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline. L’appartement est tel que mentionné parfaitement décoré et propre. L’emplacement permet de tout faire à pied et les idées données ne manquent pas pas . Nous reviendrons c’est sûr. Le contact avec Caroline est excellent je recommande vivement à tous les propriétaires de venir faire un tour dans ce petit bijou et de s’en inspirer pour leurs futurs locataires.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Einrichtung Tip Top. Die Lage ist ruhig. Man kann sich sehr gut draußen aufhalten und vom Haus aus los wandern. Im Umkreis von 15 Minuten Autofahrt gibt es viele weitere Wanderungen. Empfehlungen gibt der Gasgeber. Sylvain ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Logement neuf, très bien décoré, ambiance cosy. Au niveau de l'organisation les chambres et la salle de bain/toilettes sont au rdv et la pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte et salon donnant sur une terrasse à l'étage. Très calme. Présence de nombreux produits bien utiles et agréables à avoir sur place. Très belle découverte de Bozel qui en cette période était vivant et agréable à vire (contrairement à Courchevel où tout était fermé). Lac à proximité avec possibilité de baignades, parc avec pumptrack et aires de jeux pour les enfants à moins de 10mn à pieds, départ de randonnées, accrobranche etc... Quelques resto sympathiques en ville et commerces utiles accessibles à pied (petite surface, fromagerie, boulangerie). Bref un très chouette séjour!

Si vous aimez la montagne., c’est parfait…. Le SPA après les randonnées c’est top…. La maison est magnifique et bien disposée…. La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle… Mon seul problème c’est que 3 jours c’est un peu cours…. Je vous souhaite donc un bon séjour chez Fanny….

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Wir alle finden diese Wohnung gemütlich und ideal gelegen, da man zu Fuss zur Gondelbahn oder ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Wir verbrachten mit unseren 3 Töchtern, 2 Freunden der Töchter und der Enkelin über Ostern 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung. Es hatte genug Platz für uns 8 Personen. Die 11monatige Enkelin fühlte sich auch sehr wohl: Kinderbettchen, Kinderstuhl und viele altersgerechte Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Wir verbrachten zum zweiten Mal Osterferien in dieser schönen Wohnung mit der grossartigen Aussicht -> absolut empfehlenswert!

De bon échange avec la propriétaire. Informations claires. Un logement bien situé, calme avec une vue magnifique et paisible. L'appartement était impeccable, il sentait bon, bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Un très bon restaurant à 2 pas. Et toutes les commodités facile d'accès. C'est une très bonne adresse que je garde👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Yannick und Jerome rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist super gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – wirklich an alles wurde gedacht. Man merkt, dass viel Herzblut drinsteckt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
