The Matterhorn is the first thing to greet you in the early morning. 100 metres below the house, there is a tranquil creek. Just for you, there's a garden seating area with a lounge, parasol, stylish dining table and a cosy atmosphere.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua is located in Piazza Gran Madre di Dio in the Borgo Po district, a short walk from the city center. The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.
