On the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a counter that opens onto the living room, flanked by a wide terrace with a gazebo, a shower, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and toilet, a shower room, and separate toilets for the other 2 bedrooms. Heated/refreshing floor powered by a heat pump The living room and the 3 bedrooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan.
