Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gramat

Very kind, accommodating and available host. Pleasant cottage with the small stream behind the house. Peaceful place. The owner of the cottage also runs the hostel opposite, you eat very well there and it's good value for money. My family and I had a pleasant week, with sublime weather. The host gave us good advice on the sites to see. Region to discover.

The house is beautiful, much nicer than the pictures. Sylvane is attentive at all times and gave us very useful directions. The equipment is very complete and the beds, sheets and towels are of great quality, as well as impeccable. From there you can easily visit all the tourist attractions.

Our family stay in Espedaillac was enchanting thanks to Elodie & Alex. We loved the accommodation as practical as it was welcoming, and with all Elodie's good ideas on the wealth of activities nearby we enjoyed multiple activities in the area and new experiences for our children. Magical! We'll be back for sure!

An idyllic stay on the banks of the Lot We had an absolutely enchanting stay in this beautiful little chalet. The calm and serenity of the place make it a true haven of peace. Ideal for families with children, the chalet is comfortable and the private access to the Lot river is a major asset. It's perfect for swimming or simply enjoying nature. Whether for a family weekend or a romantic getaway, this place is a gem. We highly recommend it and hope to return!

Marie-Josée's welcome is great, after a long journey what a pleasure to meet such a charming person. The cottage is perfectly equipped and very well maintained! Everything is perfectly tidy and clean, a treat, you feel good straight away. We had the joy of having exceptional weather and therefore enjoyed the outdoors as much as possible for meals, naps on deckchairs, walks around the cottage and drying laundry. We had a real pleasure of being in the quiet in this preserved environment. Marie-Josée prepared us some (frivolous) wonders and an excellent brioche. There is no doubt for us, during a future stay in Rocamadour we will come to Marie-Josée, the proximity of the activities is an additional asset.

We had a very pleasant stay at Babet's. The location is incredible and with the sun, we were able to enjoy the quiet and the enchanting setting. The house is rustic and functional. Absolutely what we were looking for. Babet was very responsive when we had a circuit breaker problem, despite the late hour. Thank you for hosting us and for being available.

What a wonderful little paradise! On a beautiful estate, super beautiful garden, wonderfully quiet, with a large swimming pool. We really enjoyed this and our hosts were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thanks again for the little gift for us and for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation and we will return without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

Sophie's accommodation is very nice and renovated with quality materials. In addition, it is close to the center and shops while allowing you to enjoy a beautiful environment and calm. For a stress-free arrival, Sophie had made available to us: coffee, tea, condiments, etc. It was perfect.

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Very nice terrace given the excellent weather we enjoyed. Well equipped with kitchen utensils. Very convenient cellar available for us who had mountain bikes.

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well cared for. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 minutes from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

Great stay at La Trappezienne. House matches the photos. Very clean and comfortable house with one bathroom per room. A lot of space for a large family. Warm and very efficient welcome by Laure. Quick response to all our requests by Laure and Vincent. Great location to enjoy Sarlat and the Dordogne. We dream of going back to enjoy the pool. Only downside on the kitchen equipment that could be more provided, (covered plates, glasses, pots and pans).

Gite des Reves was a fabuous find. It is in an idillic spot right on top of the Lot with dramatic views of the surrounding cliffs. Melody & David have created a small haven - so peaceful - we immediately fellt relaxed & at home as soon as we checked in. The owners are on sight but we stll felt we had privacy with our own terrace & use of the lovely salt water swimming pool. The hosts could not have been more friendly & welcoming & it was lovely chatting over the terrace gate - we had some great recommendations of things to do in the local area. Best of all our dog Mabel had a great time given the run of the grounds & she made great friends with Blanco - a real holiday romance! Thanks Melody & David for such a lovely week in the Lot!

We had a great time in this atypical and charming house. Very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly in line with the listing. A real little cocoon, ideal for recharging your batteries. Responsive and welcoming host. We'll be happy to go back!
