From Grafing Bahnhof you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof in 13 minutes and central station in 24 minutes by regional train. Train connections to Rosenheim and Salzburg are also available. Wasserburg, with its beautiful old town, is 30 minutes away and Bad Aibling with its thermal baths is 26 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful cycle paths in the area. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Maja's hut - a fairytale break in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!
