Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

The accommodation is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
