Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest and Munich city centre are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a BBQ, lounge furniture and a hot tub. Sauna. An inflatable castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, train (S-Bahn), playgrounds and the city park are a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a small extra charge (electricity costs).

A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.
