Cozy apartment on the outskirts of town with dream views of the countryside! Very quiet – perfect for relaxing after sightseeing and at the same time an ideal location for excursions to the lakes, mountains or royal castles. Very good transport connection. Free parking in front of the door. S-Bahn (20 min. to Marienplatz, 16 min. to Lake Starnberg) and bus within minutes walking distance. Also a supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. Very suitable for two adults or a family with 1-2 children.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.
