Seaside summer dream

In Räfsnäs, in Norrtäljes archipelago is this place. The house is modern equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and broadband. For colder days there is a fireplace/air heat pump inside the house and for hot there is AC. The house is located on a large plot of land without much transparency in an idyllic area with a noise city feeling. The distance to the sea is just 150 meters. There are several patios in different directions. Our favorite is our large deck with outdoor kitchen, large dining area and hot tub.

Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bikes, boule court as well as grass court for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-Sep. Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here you are close to beautiful cliffs, café and restaurant in a genuine archipelago village. Until season -21 the cottage was of a simpler standard, now we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 possibly. 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, separate and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. Communication is good from, among other things. Sthlm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

Have a wonderful stay with family or friends in Roslagen's beautiful archipelago! 2 cozy cabins in a quiet area with large terrace facing south and proximity to nature and sea (less than 2 km to nice sandy beach). In addition to lovely grassy areas that invite you to play, there is also a large electrically heated hot tub (without bubbles) for 10-12 people and a sauna for about 8 people. Sit back and relax in this nice & charming backfall house. About 400 m to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here you like nature, you like nature,walking & just being . In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Lovely house with plot in a sunny position on Rådmansö

Accommodation at Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house which is high in the sun from morning till the night. There is hot water and pergola tent. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and one kitchen. Please tell us how many of you there are and what your plans are with and during your stay. This is so that we feel safe with our tenants and to make your stay as good as possible. Previous reviews are from renting another listing in town .

Oceanview Cottage

Airy 1-story house with sea view in the old archipelago village of Gräddö. Close to beaches, ICA grocery store, guest harbor, cafes, restaurants, kayak rental, padel court and more. Only a short drive to beautiful hiking trails in the nature reserve in Riddersholm as well as to the passport boat in Refsnäs for excursions to nearby islands. There is free parking on the property if you come by car and are close to the bus stop. Welcome to this peaceful area!
