Holiday rentals with a patio in Grad Rab

Great host, fully equipped and clean apartment in a super location! Absolute recommendation!!!

Newly built house, located on the top floor, third floor - attic, consisting of: large terrace (hot tub, coffee table, clothesline and lounge chair), connecting kitchen and living room (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, table, sofa and TV), 2 identical bedrooms, 1 small bathroom with no window connected to one room, 1 spacious and spacious bathroom with window and washing machine located near the other room. 3 air conditioners with many functions located in the rooms and living/kitchen. The highlight of the house is the terrace from which you can enjoy a great view and from which in the evening you can see the stars. The apartment can be accessed with an electronic card, 2 are provided. Everything is clean and tidy, towels and bathrobes are provided that are changed every 3 days or so. Beach with shallow water and sand can be reached on foot on foot in a few minutes. The only unfortunate fact that the cancellation of the first reservation with the next increase of €200 on the initial price.

The apartment is much nicer than in the photos, very clean, with attention to detail, there is much more than what is expected, private parking under the house, all new and finished building. Kitchen equipped with everything practical and functional, small but very practical bathroom, the balcony overlooks the sea and you can eat there, bed in the mezzanine is beautiful and very comfortable. Gabriela and her whole family were always kind, friendly, available for any request. The various beaches can be reached on foot in less than 3 minutes. The old town of Rab, a 5-minute drive, is very lively, beautiful and well-kept. It was a great experience to redo and recommend

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with children and pets: very clean and convenient access (ground floor) and had everything you need for your stay. There is also free parking nearby. The area lends itself to long walks or jogging (very nice along the sea) and you can find supermarkets, restaurants and sports activities on the water, as well as the pool to which you have access (great for relaxation). The island's most beautiful beaches can also be reached in a few minutes by car. Marijo was always available, a great host! Definitely recommended!

What a hidden gem of a place with a seaside view on the Isle of Rab. Wonderful location that is only 500 meters from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation has all the modern amenities you could hope for and is only 200 meters from the nearest food market. The best part of our stay was the host—Antonia—who is quite easily the greatest host we have ever had the pleasure to meet on Airbnb. She was responsive and helpful to a myriad of our queries and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and her family had everything they needed during our stay. This is high-end hospitality in a cosy and modern apartment (with breathtaking terrace view of the water) for great value! We were so blown away by the location and service that we have extended our stay another 5 days!

We really enjoyed our time at the apartment. The host is very friendly and caring and the apartment was just as described. It is really well located within 2 min walking distance to he harbor and the supermarket. We'd definitely stay there again.

The place was really spacious, clean, just the same as on the photos. You have beautiful sea view from the balcony. The closest beach is 2 min walk, Mel beach 10 min walk. Shop, resraurants are in walking distance. The neighbourhood is pretty quite, friendly, very good for families to rest. Rosana answered all the time quickly. We really enjoyed staying here!

Accommodation, in a beautiful environment with great and family kind care that rents as a family, together with Father Mark, is in Tovrnele.68 Lun, Otok Pag we evaluate as very nice nice clean and comfortable, in a beautiful quiet environment, where sitting on the terrace makes you more comfortable with the cicadas and the noise of the sea. The sea is 5 minutes from the house by stairs that go straight to a super restaurant where they cook very tasty. We were very satisfied thank you 😊😘

Ankica's house is in a perfect location to reach Rab even on foot. The house is spacious, very welcoming and with large livable terraces. Ankica is very kind and very helpful if you need anything. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful house with great views of the city of Rab. Every day we enjoyed the sunset from our house. Very nicely furnished, great location and the landlady was very, very nice and helpful. We can fully recommend the house and will certainly come back.

The house is located in an olive garden led the main road, the building has great windows and doors, so the noise of vehicles did not bother. We only had clearly and the mountains were in the weather, so the windows were almost constantly closed. The outburst is almost complete, as in classic homeliness, from smallness, like cutting nails, to buckles and air conditioning. The internet on Raba is generally slow, so you can't stream a lot of video, which basically didn't show us. If you have children on mobile, I recommend posing mobile pausaly. It's the perfect place to stay for a family of 4 with an animal. We were very satisfied.

Fantastic rest! Uniquely quiet and relaxing was the holiday in Lun on Pag. Very nice and modern villa equipped with really everything you need on vacation (even a sauna). Everything new and very well decorated. Very good and comfortable beds and beautiful, large swimming pool. Everything clean and well maintained. Unique sea view surrounded by nature. In 300 m, you are at the harbor with cafe and small tavernas. After 800 m, you are at the beach. Wonderful area and very quiet. Thanks for a great vacation and great service. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful house! It was all perfect for my family (2 kids): the flat is very very comfortable, clean and with all you need. Boško has been very kind and met us in person when we arrived. The beach is very very close to the house and so nice! Taxi boat and Rab town are very close too. I really suggest you to stay at House Astrid!!

Shortly after the ferry, we were picked up by Vedran and taken to the property. Where we had an indescribably beautiful view of the city of Rab and the sea. The idyllic house with heated pool was perfect for a wonderful holiday. Vedran even provided bicycles, who was always available to us. In short... Perfect

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon.
