Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in Kutina. Ideal place for couples or solo travelers. The apartment has a French bed, a modern shower, a small kitchen and a coffee machine for a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of the city center. Rules of the house: Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed, except small and calm ones. Maximum 2 guests and a child staying with parents in bed. Arrival from 14:00, departure until 11:00. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

The property features two kitchens,one outdoor summer kitchen and a spacious dining room. The indoor kitchen includes a gas stove and a wood-burning stove for cooking and heating.There is a large terrace with beautiful views. You’ll stay in a rustic brick house, and if needed, you can also rent an additional house, accommodating up to 15 guests, each with their own bed.

Relax at this cozy and beautifully designed home. Our house is located near the town of Pakrac, surrounded by forest and greenery, completely fenced and decorated in a modern style. It is suitable for couples, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy peace, quiet, and nature. It is equipped with all appliances and in the summer months you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. It is a few minutes drive from Pakrac, 30 minutes from the highway and 1h and 15min from Zagreb.

Located in a quiet location, Apartment Vista offers a comfortable stay to relax and enjoy with the family. Equipped with all the necessary amenities for a carefree vacation. It has two bedrooms with double beds and access to a balcony overlooking the Topleca River. The living room with fold out loveseat and TV is connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, and toiletries. We offer a baby cot on request.

Najbliža stalno nastanjena kuća je udaljena od smještaja cca 500 metara, tako da je u i oko smještaja osigurana privatnost. Bitno je napomenuti da mobilni signal na lokaciji postoji, ali je prilično nestabilan. Isto vrijedi i za internet.
