Beachfront holiday rental in Grad Kaštela

Deni's place was perfect, small, but with everything you need. We stayed there for 3 days, and it was wonderful to wake up with the sea right in front of us. It's very close to the beach and the town center. Also, Deni gave us some really great recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing the hosts were lovely and we had the best time. The apartment was amazing with anything you could need. Ante gave us lots of advice and recommendations and we had the most lovely and peaceful holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you very much.

Nikola’s place was very comfortable, we felt at home instantly. His son was kind enough to guide us to good beaches and markets around. They were also kind with our late check out. Would totally recommend for a group of friends or a family, beautiful house in a strategic location.

Den Aufenthalt bei Adele empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und wir wurden super aufgenommen. Sie hat jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert und hatte immer eine Antwort parat. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch wert :)

I had a fantastic stay at Dragana's apartment! The space is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As someone on a workation, I especially appreciated the big desk in the living room, which allowed me to work efficiently during my stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights is that the beach is just a few minutes away, so I could easily go for a swim during my lunch break. Additionally, the apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with plenty of excellent restaurants and cozy café bars just a short walk away. Dragana was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even preparing some traditional nuts and local liquor for us to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. My small dog absolutely loved the courtyard, which was a great bonus for us. Overall, it's the perfect place for relaxation and productivit for both - humans and dogs 😃

Gorgeous spot outside of split (about 20/25 minute drive into the city centre) and same distance from Trogir. Lovely to be in a quiet place outside of the city with its own lovely restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and beaches. Apartment was lovely, beds were comfortable, AC was a dream! Jelena was really helpful and instantly responded to my questions about parking in the city and recommendations.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing time visiting Croatia and your apartment made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was clean, spacous, had everything we needed but the real treat for us was the balcony area, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings...wonderful views overlooking the sea. Shops close by which made things easier, local bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and a few lovely beach bars approx 15 mins walk down the coast..great local beers. We hired a car, which made getting around so much easier and enabled us to make the most of our time. We would recommend the island speedboat tour (Toto adventures ...amazing) leaving from split, great way to explore the beautiful islands, a trip to the skywalk, Biokovo Nature Park, coastal town hopping (Makarska & Baska Voda). A visit to Klis Fortress is a must along with a visit to the Town of Trogir & Krka Waterfalls. Your apartment was perfect We will be back Emma & Jack xxxx

Lovely apartment so close to the beach - my 2 friends and I had the best time! The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee with a sea view and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Ivan’s place was wonderful! We were not familiar with the area- and he made it extremely easy for us to find the apartment. Pictures and explanations of check in were super helpful. Really clean inside- and he even stopped by to see if we needed anything. Recommended a terrific restaurant too. Thank you Ivan! We’ll be in touch if we’re ever in the area again!

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Mysigt hus med bra faciliteter, fin uppvärmd pool och mycket trevlig värdinna! Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka.

We had a fantastic stay in Croatia. As many people have commented, the house is better than the photos give it credit for. It is modern and clean. The pool is fantastic. The house is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Split. Ante arranged pick up from the airport and numerous trips around the area. The house is highly recommended for a large group.

Perfekt plass for oss med eget basseng og gangavstand til butikker, restauranter og strand. Ryddig og rent og kjempe god service fra verten! Så hyggelige og tilgjengelig gjennom hele oppholdet og ordnet opp dersom det var noe. Anbefales veldig! ⭐️

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

its spacious, has four floors, each bedroom is on its own floor. the airconditioning is a bit odly placed, but ground floor has a ventilator so it isnt too hot. two tvs and a massage chair with the one on the highest floor

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, zwischen dem Flughafen und Split. Mit einem Mietauto kommt man überall schnell hin, aber die Busse tun es auch. Es war alles sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das einzige Mängel ist die Kirche nebenan, die teilweise mitten in der Nacht und sehr oft am Morgen läutet. Beim Check In wurde man sehr nett begrüßt und Check Out lief auch Top. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen

Apartment all as described, hottub was great, restaurants and supermarkets all very close and accessible. The beaches were near and very nice, informative and friendly host :)

I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone .. It was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed , all the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are very clean and neat . Vinco and his family were very friendly and helpfull . house location, view and comfort were really enjoying.

Staying in a castle…with all the modern amenities…yes! Dina’s Kastela was such a fantastically fun stay. Old word castle on the outside, then step inside to a spotless, comfortable apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the conveniences this place had to offer, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, best shower/water pressure we experienced traveling. The icing on the cake was the rooftop deck. We spent every evening relaxing there after long hot days of touring Split (a short bus ride away). There was always a cool breeze and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful on there. Great location if you like being out of the fray. There’s a great walking path along the sea, with quite a few restaurants along the way. Dina was most accommodating with last minute changes to our schedule. She was super responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend a stay here! Mobility issues beware though, lots of steps!

We verbleven met ons gezin in Kastel Luksic. Het is een mooie uitvalbasis om Split en Trogir te verkennen. We hadden genoeg ruimte in het appartement. als we nog eens terugkomen naar deze streek zouden we zeker nog eens hier willen verblijven.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr gut und sauber. Die Lage an sich ist auch sehr gut vor der Haustür kann man in paar Fußschritten essen und trinken gehen. Man hat das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. War sehr zufrieden.

Best place to stay in Split, Kastel Literally 5 minutes from beautiful beach. Kind response from great host Josko. He will solve all your problems quickly and kindly. I will definitely visit here again when I come back to Croatia. No doubt, 5 out of 5.
