Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
