Sonja was super. Great communication, great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The place was immaculate and the bed is very comfortable. Her gardens are beautiful. Pazin is centrally located and most of Istria is within a 30 minute river. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a very nice time in this special place. Thanks to the lovingly and quality restored stone house, as well as the location in the interesting village with a Studenac around the corner, Konoba on the square and overlooking the church tower. Wonderful a walk through the village and the view into the vastness with the many hills, villages, even the sea can be guessed. The house is extremely clean and has an unbeatable luxury: 3 bathrooms for the four of us. Likewise, the yard offers plenty of space to enjoy pleasant hours and all meals at one large table. Although the weather was very hot during our time, it was very well tolerated in the house. Everything was great. Mateo's father not only gave us fantastic tastings of local wines, but also very nice tips to find beautiful places in the area or by the sea. Even for our trip home, we got really helpful advice for the best way. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay in Pićan in a very pleasant, atypical accommodation. The small, bright and clean house has been tastefully renovated. The village of Pićan is peaceful and very pretty, perfect for those looking for a serene and charming stay. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and flexibility of our host, Igor. We were touched by his kindness. As our flight was cancelled, we arrived very late in Pićan, but Igor kindly welcomed us despite the late hour. When we arrived, a welcome gift was waiting for us. Everything was done to ensure that our stay went perfectly and it did. We highly recommend this accommodation! Thank you again, Igor. We wish you all the best.

Pićan is really a very idyllic & quiet village and the apartment has everything you need and the communication with Tina was super straightforward. I can only recommend the place if you want to see different things in Istria and the focus is not on the beach vacation :)

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Toni and Karla's villa is a dream. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is somewhat remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. The area can be explored wonderfully with rental cars. There is plenty of parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unparalleled hosts. They respond quickly to guest inquiries and take care of their concerns. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on the essentials while on vacation. Upon request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the surrounding area. This place is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We had some trouble finding the apartment at the beginning. 😅 But Kristijan was super accessible and a house around the corner is not visible from the street even with turquoise shutters. 😅 The property is very originally located in the hinterland of Croatia. It offers plenty of space to romp and play for children. A spacious meadow, other children and the dogs invite you to play. It was just incredibly hot in August. Small and large supermarkets can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes. Pazin with zip line and cave is right around the corner. A fishing pond as well. It takes 35 - 60 minutes to all the stalls of Istria. For this you get a place where you can really slow down! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to the natural stone and the location, but not completely small animal-free. 🕸️ In the kitchen there is even air conditioning and the shutters make darker but also less warm in the bedroom. Finally: We had a good time!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.
