Wir vermieten eine gemütliche 95m2 große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen in der Nähe des Klopeinersees. Lassen Sie sich durch die schlichte Eleganz, modernes Design und zeitgemässen Komfort inspirieren. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Unsere Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Familienhäusern deshalb ersuchen wir unsere Gäste das die Nächtligen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten eingerichtet. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer ist mit TV und Bettcouch für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone mit Tisch,Stühlen und Kräuterbeet in der Saison. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüller, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrtücher und selbstverständlich ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe ausgestattet. Das komfortable Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Handtücher, Fön und Handtuchtrockner sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich (Bett, Besteck, Teller, Hochstuhl, Spieleecke und Spielplatz). Orts und Nächtigunstaxe ist vor Ort zum bezahlen. Wir sind für Sie jederzeit erreichbar. The house is located in the middle of the lake district, between the Klopeinersee, the Gösselsdorfer See, the Sonnegger See and the Turner See. For hiking, the accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta Massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed by the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drau Cycling Path. In winter, you can ski, snowshoe and go on ski tours here.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

A garden with barbecue facilities and playground is available. The in-house swimming beach is 1.2 km , about 10 minutes walking distance from the holiday apartment.
