It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

La Stazione Ferroviaria si trova comodamente a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, mentre il parcheggio per auto a meno di 300 metri. Il Palazzo si trova in area pedonale in prossimità di accoglienti bar e ristoranti. L’alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e necessità, perfettamente insonorizzato per un piacevole relax.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

Cà dul Barba, an old renovated 1700 house located in the Piedmontese western Alps, in the hamlet of Santa Maria di Fomarco, Pieve Vergonte. A few metres from the oldest Marian Sanctuary in the area, it is a 30-minute drive from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta and 15 minutes from Domodossola. Ideal starting point for wonderful trips to the nearby Osolan Valleys Anzasca, Antrona, Bognanco, Divedro, Formazza and Vigezzo.
