Spacious apartment in country house

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information. We do have two large friendly dogs, various cats and two horses.

Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer.

Come to downtown Plaisance in the heart of Gascony, while being in a completely renovated and secure apartment. You can park 2 cars in the courtyard closed by an electric gate. You can enjoy the patio and barbecue for outdoor dining. I live in the main wing but independent of the apartment. The basic necessities for the 1st breakfast are included (pods/milk/cereals/tea/honey/fruit).
