One of the best stays in airbnb over the years. Perfect place for staying with kids, lots of toys and everything. Our 3 year old son was really enjoyed. Giannis and Mara were really helpful about everything. They booked us transfer from airport for late night arrival and booked us a rental car for the next morning which we picked up at the door of the villa! This was one of the easiest and convenient option. I left my sunglasses at the rental car, they found it and will send me by shipping. Best hosts and best place to stay! Hope to meet you again.

Absolutely loved Nikos villa! It was just perfect, spotless clean and well maintained. The pool are, loungers and garden were all well maintained and felt new. The villas location is great, 20 minutes drive from the airport and only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and beach. I couldn’t recommend this place more, will definitely return! Amazing experience! First, the location is very good: 10 min away from Watercity, 25 min away from Amazonia’s Park, 15 min away from Heraklion Second: the house is fully equipped, you got everything you need: kitchen tools, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, along with clean towels, beach towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel (just to understand the real hospitality, we stayed in a 4 stars hotel and got the same shower gel), not to say the yard, where you can find sunbeds, shower, a water hose, a big table, umbrella, and so on Third: the house is very well set up: you got external blinds for every window/door in the house, including kitchen and living room, so you don’t get disturbed by the light, and also the temperature doesn’t increase during the day. The house has a very efficient ventilation system also. And the blinds are electric, you don’t even bother to pull them up or down One day we’ve got into trouble, and Sissi immediately helped us Totally recommend

Maria is a particularly warm and friendly hostess. She is very responsive and gave us many addresses of restaurants, beaches and places to visit. The house is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The garden and terrace are a real asset and we took full advantage of them: parasol, garden furniture, fruit trees providing very appreciable shaded spaces, aromatic plants. The welcome gifts were also very much appreciated. A big thank you to Maria for her kindness. We recommend Casa EleMar with our eyes closed.

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment, great host and very responsive. Apartment was as described and more, the pictures do not do it justice. Really lovely touches to make you feel at home straight away, including groceries and local produce waiting for us on arrival. Loved the stay and would come back!

Our family spent a wonderful 14 days in Manolis’ house at the end of October. We fully recommend this place if you’re traveling with kids! Our twins spent nearly all their time outdoors, feeding the friendly cats, collecting stones, and playing in the treehouse – they were absolutely delighted. The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a large family (we were 5 adults and 2 kids) and is beautifully furnished with a stylish and cozy feel. The outdoor area is perfect for children to explore and play safely, and the quiet surroundings made for a relaxing retreat. Manolis and his family were excellent hosts, providing everything we needed to feel at home and ensuring our stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a family-friendly destination with plenty of charm and warmth, this is the ideal spot. We would love to come back!

Our stay at this villa was great for our large group, including two toddlers. Host Nikos welcomed us with a stocked fridge and pantry (milk, water, juice, cereal, bread, pastries), setting the tone for an amazing stay. Nikos was always available through offering exceptional communication, and ready to recommend anything we needed. Convenience is key here, with two bakeries a short 5-minute walk away and a small mini market just 4 minutes on foot. For sightseeing, we used "Private Grouse Drive Sense". Our driver, Panagiotis, provided us with a true white-glove experience – from the luxurious van he drove to his proactive communication, punctuality, and thoughtful recommendations. It truly made our trips comfortable and utterly unforgettable. Panagiotis even helped us with transportation options in Santorini and Athens, making our entire trip exceptionally smooth. Overall, our stay was incredible, and the private driver service elevated our experience. Highly recommended!

We spent a fantastic relaxing 2 weeks in Alexandros Villa with 5 adults. The villa is equipped with everything you could wish for a comfortable vacation. We felt comfortable from the start. We would particularly like to emphasize the outstanding location of the villa. The view straight from the upper balcony to the mountains is breathtaking. With a seating option, the balcony would be even more inviting to enjoy one or two sunsets. Alexandros is a wonderful host. He picked us up personally from the airport, helped us transport the luggage and accompanied us to the villa. He gave us valuable tips for exploring the island and was always available to us. That gave us a good feeling. We can fully recommend Alexandros' villa.

Me and my family had a great week at Villa Aires. The house is very special - set on a mountain side with incredible views up and down the valley. The sunsets each evening were perfectly framed by the landscape and some of the most beautiful we have seen. We hired a vehicle for the duration of the holiday and I would say this is essential for a holiday here - the price you pay for the stunning surroundings is that the house is quite remote, only the local village is walkable (charming but just a couple of restaurants and a small shop on offer). A car also gives you the opportunity to explore this area of Crete which has lots to offer with beaches, history, markets, harbours, beautiful towns. As long as you’re happy with the location, this villa is a no brainer. We would stay again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and was perfect for a big family. Audrey is a great host who was so helpful throughout but especially with the challenges of the late arrival and checkout. Location is great and facilities were also great and exceeded expectations. A special mention for Wayne (the handyman), he took care of the garden, pool etc and is a bit of a legend👏. We would definitely look to book here again.

Giorgos was a great host. Flexible with our demands and very responsive whenever we had any issues. For example, we had a hot water problem, which he resolved quickly after we informed him. The villa is very beautiful with a 360 view of Heraklion and the surrounding area. It has a great living room space for social gatherings, outside tables for dining and a grill. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large fridge+freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and gas hobs. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool water was very clean. There was a washing machine with a lot of drying space. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms. The villa was not easily reachable by foot but that is the case for most places on Crete. It had however plenty of parking space and remotely operated gates. We didn't try the jacuzzi so can't comment on that and the piano was locked. Overall our stay was amazing, we're very happy and would recommend Giorgos as a host :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.

A beautiful spacious villa. It is clean and equipped with everything that is required for a great holiday. Efi and Giannis are very helpful hosts and can assist with any requests.

We had an amazing stay here. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had and able to provide recommendations for restaurants and reliable taxi driver. The villa was spotless, well stocked and the aircon worked very well. We also appreciated the midweek cleaning service provided. Thank you so much for an incredible stay, we hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. Our host was very communicative and even brought us breakfast one morning – a very kind gesture! Within 5 minutes, you can reach the beach, a café, a restaurant, and a supermarket. Other than that, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, but the location is perfect for a relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at this villa Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is brand new, super clean, and beautifully designed. The outdoor area is such a gem - the yard is peaceful and the pool is the perfect size, with sunlight all day long. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s just 15 minutes from the airport (a huge plus!) and there are plenty of attractions and cool spots nearby, all within a short drive. But what really made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. Agron and his son were beyond helpful - they were always available for anything we needed, at any time. Truly above and beyond! They even offer a shuttle service, which came in super handy. Highly recommend this place – we’d absolutely come back!

Excellent experience! The house was spotless, comfortable and very welcoming. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxation, with absolute privacy. I would choose it again without a second thought!

We really enjoyed the Villa. Lots of space inside and out. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the outdoor grill a lot. Garden is lovely and pool was great (a bit cold at first but we got used to it!). Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water. Could use a stand up shower in master bath (was a bath tub and hand held shower) but we just used the other shower. The area is close to restaurants and the beaches - it is a busy street to get to town but nothing too bad. Two supermarkets a 5 minute walk, which was perfect! Really enjoyable stay, would recommend.

We stayed at Elpiniki and Dimitri’s breathtaking Sardines Villa #3 during our stay in Crete. I couldn’t believe it when Niki told us the place had been in operation since 2021 it looked brand new. The place is pristine and so well maintained. What a pleasant surprise Niki even welcomed us with a fridge full of groceries and Raki. I can say that the pictures really don’t do it justice - the house really surpassed our expectations. The pool was great to have and and seemed to wrap around the house like a moat. With all windows open house inside feels like it’s outdoors and the sunshine washes over the space. There are some great restaurants around the area so you don’t need to travel too far to enjoy some of the best food of the region. I suggest taking out and enjoying dinner by the pool as we did one night. I would highly recommend a stay at Sardines Villa. We will be back! Thank you Niki and Dimitri. Σας ευχαριστώ

We stayed at Casa Flaneur for 1 week. The house is spacious, the amenities of very good quality and very numerous. The outdoor kitchen is great. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are large and pleasant, and each have a shower room and 1 WC. The pool is very nice. The whole house was very clean. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The location is good, a small beach is within walking distance, and very good tavernas are 5min walk away (we recommended Niko's Ambrosia tavern which is particularly good) Hosts were very accessible, warm and accommodating. In short, we highly recommend Casa Flaneur and will be back with pleasure.
