The house is located in Uppsala Näs, Vreta Västra, 13 km southwest of Central Uppsala, & neighboring Hammarskogs Nature Reserve. Bus connection is available (107) about 30 minutes to Uppsala C, about 40 minutes by bicycle. Fully-equipped kitchen & bathroom. (no washing machine, but can be arranged by agreement) Separate dining room, work room, bedroom. Normally, the accommodation is rented to a maximum of 2 people. For stays/accommodation for a longer period, a special agreement can be made for monthly rent & operating costs. The house can then be rented with room for 3 people.

Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

And you can enjoy a New Year's night without worried animals. Or are you going out flying? Whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside or just be close to Arlanda with parking this is the home for you. Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
