Das Bad verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, Fön und Handtücher. Das Bett ist 1,20 x 2,00m breit, Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.
