The bright, quiet 90sqm apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 sleeping rooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating (+grill) . Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post car/ship) and lakeside promenade.

Es ist ein friedlicher Ort für zwei Gäste, die sich erholsame Ferien außerhalb !! der touristischen Stadtmitte wünschen, die den See genießen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchten. Die Staader Straße führt hinunter zum Badestrand, zum kleinen Jachthafen und zur Fähre nach Meersburg. In die Stadtmitte sind es mit dem Rad / Bus ca. 20 min.. Wir haben die großzügige, helle Wohnung im OG unseres Familienhauses frisch renoviert und darauf geachtet, dass ihr Altbau-Charme erhalten bleibt.

A paradise for families on Lake Constance. 100 meters to the swimming spot on the Seerhein Gottlieben. 2 SUPs and 3 bicycles are available. Canoe, kayak, more SUPs and bicycles to rent in the village. Sandpit, swing and climbing frame in the garden for playing. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is hard of hearing. We hosts ( family with 3 toddlers) live upstairs and kicks are heard from us. Sauna (2 people)
