The guest house is 15 minutes' walk from kawaguchiko station and about 3 minutes' walk from the convenience store. We are a two-story apartment with air conditioning and no smoking in all houses. Located in the alley, quiet and comfortable, you can see Mount Fuji when you go out. If you are looking for a quiet and private house surrounded by nature, Cozy Retreat is the perfect choice. You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by). 富士山に一番近い湖。標高1,000ｍの高原リゾートです。 冬は「ダイアモンド富士」が観れて、４月から10月は花が咲き富士山が一層綺麗に観れるシーズンです‼ 「ワカサギ釣り」は暖房付きのドーム船で春から秋、冬から春がシーズンです。 林の中のログハウスで湖畔まで徒歩１０分の距離です。 室内には和室用のテーブルと座布団、冷蔵庫や湯沸し器、キッチン用具を揃えてます。 冬の寒さ対策として、エアコンディショナー、オイルヒーターを用意してあります。 庭でバーベキュー(BBQグリル一式の使用料:1,000 円、食材と炭はご持参)や花火(ご持参)が出来ます‼ 但し、花火は21時迄で、それ以降は出来ません。 ベッドは5名分です。乳児の添い寝は無料ですが、追加で布団の用意も承ります（料金は1人分2,000円）。 貸し自転車を4台(1日1台1,000円)用意しています。 室内は禁煙ですが、庭かテラスでの喫煙は可能。
