Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. The studio to the Appenzell region

Take the time you need for yourself/yourself, you will feel comfortable. The apartment is more of a studio, if not a loft, and therefore very popular with guests. The studio does not have its own access. The studio is accessed through the house of the hosts. Two people sleep on the sofa bed. Parking is available right in front of the house. There is no elevator, but stairs ;) From the location, you can visit Appenzell, as well as St. Gallen is close to public transport!

In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

This is a new apartment in a preferred location. It has a net floor area of 120 m², 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining room of 43 m², a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It also has a large balcony. The apartment is suitable for groups, families and business travelers alike. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and 1 toddler. The connection to public transport is ideal. 600 meters to the train station.

Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
