Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 14 € pro Nacht.

The apartment has its own entrance as well as a parking space. The granny apartment itself is completely newly built. The real wood parquet, the clay construction with wall heating. The bedrooms are equipped with hotel beds and hygienic protective covers.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Loft-like living in downtown Rottweil - in the former stable from the middle of the 15th century, completely fresh and high-quality renovation. The space extends over the entire depth of the narrow property from the alley (towards the black gate; 200 m away) to the medieval courtyard overlooking the Gothic cathedral tower. The apartment offers everything that is needed today.
