If there ever was a paradise lost, never fret because you'll find it again here. A home away from home nestled amidst pristine pine and fern canopy hugged by the mountains - Rabten and his warm family made every bit of our stay in kalimpong a moment to cherish. We were properly spoiled with cooked food (sumptuous), spacious beds and copious rooms, a view to behold, misty mountain weather that transported us to a fantasy novel, a brilliant hall room to congregate and singalong. Rabten personally ensured we had all the right contacts and logistics sorted out for our sight seeing and transport. Rabten's mum was extremely generous to us, and kind. His crew were engaging and always available to help and assist. I would strongly recommend the homestay, and we definitely made friends here whom we want to visit again, soon!

My recent stay at Pranati Homestay was truly unforgettable. The moment I arrived, I felt like I had come home. The homestay offers a cozy, peaceful atmosphere paired with breathtaking views of Kalimpong’s lush landscapes. Every corner of the property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, reflecting the care and love put into this place. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area, where you can sit back and enjoy meals surrounded by nature and a spectacular view of the hills. There's also a bonfire area, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. We had a wonderful stay in Badamtam in Rebika ji’s house. It’s a very pretty house, with thoughtfully decorated interiors and spacious balconies having great views of the surrounding mountains and tea gardens. Rebika ji is an amazing host and made us feel right at home from the moment we had checked in. Her home cooked meals were delicious and always served hot and with lots of love ❤️. We also enjoyed bonfire every evening and Rebika ji prepared a lovely barbecue along with the bonfire on new year eve 🥰. Rebika ji’ son Ashu was very helpful and courteous. He showed us around the place and took us to nice view points. It’s pet friendly which was an addendum advantage to us. Overall we had an awesome and fun stay in Rebika ji’s place and would like to visit again. Thanks Rebika ji for your wonderful hospitality and warmth for us!

I loved every bit of this place. I am overwhelmed and eternally thankful for the hospitality, warmth and love Ramita showed me as a host. She has taken care of every small need I had. A warm and inviting space that feels like a caring home, radiating kindness and tranquility.

It’s a spacious apartment all to yourself, tucked away about 100 meters away from the hustle bustle of the bus depot and train station, from where you can catch buses to Darjeeling. As such you gotta hear the train horns , which didn’t bother me. Next door the neighbor has 6 dogs , and they start barking sometimes. Other than that, the place is real nice, overlooking a peaceful garden. I would stay again.
