The apartment is located in the attic of the house, consisting of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace that has a panoramic view of the bay, the Karinsko Sea, the Zrmanja River Canyon and the beautiful Velebit. The property has a parking lot and a gazebo with a barbecue where you can have a nice time. There is also a room with a washing machine available in the gazebo.
