Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

We would 100% recommend Dina’s place to ANYONE (and we hope to be back)! The place is beautiful and would accommodate a small to large family. The pool and hot tub are incredibly nice and peaceful surrounded by trees. The furniture is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen great to use. Dina is also incredibly thoughtful and quick with her replies. We got a little turned around arriving at night (the GPS lead us up the road a bit), but we found it!

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Air Bnb. We have stayed at over twenty different locations with Air Bnb and this was the cleanest. Beds were comfortable, space was open and uncluttered. It was nice to be able to have dinner on the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here solo for a weekend event just 10 minutes away, and it was the perfect home base. The listing matched the description to a T! The cottage is clean, cozy, and updated with care, featuring fresh paint, new furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Although it’s ideal for families or couples, it was also just right for a solo getaway. I kicked off the season with a lobster roll at the place down the street (because where else but Maine?), and enjoyed the peaceful vibe the whole weekend. The private little sand beach down the road is a lovely bonus—just a short walk and you're by beautiful Sebago Lake. It’s a great place to relax. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and 10 minutes away from my event at St Joseph's College. Andy was a fantastic host, allowing me to check in early and making sure everything was easy. Honestly, if you forgot to pack something, chances are Andy already thought of it and had it stocked. Highly recommend!!

This cottage is perfect for Sebago if you own a boat. She has everything you could need for a stay on the water. I would love to stay here again this year.

This renovated church made for such an awesome stay! The home itself is beautifully decorated and full of amenities. My family and I loved catching up around the firepit and enjoying meals together in the gorgeous kitchen. I could have lived in the shower. Our only complaint was how creaky the beds and floor are, but fully understand that that's just part of such a beautifully aged building. I've already recommended this listing to all of my friends back home!

Our group was two small families with kids ages 6 and 8. Everyone had a great time. If you’re looking for a home to get out into nature, this is it. The private dock and lake gave us hours of time to play outside. Kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing off the dock was fun and all part of the house. Kids had a blast and so did the adults. Perfect for family summer vacation. We had a few rainy days but either played board games inside or went into Portland which is only 20-30 minutes away. Visited Mackworth Island in Casco Bay. Must do if you want to have a day excursion. The house well kept and easy to navigate. We spent more time outside on the lake than inside.

Had a small bachelorette party here for one of my closest friends. It was the perfect place for a more relaxed girls trip but close enough to get to downtown Portland for any shops, sightseeing, and food! Highly recommended.

Dan was a very good host, even finding a large pan for our big eaters to use in addition to what he normally has in the kitchen. It's a fun place to stay, with the fire ring, plenty of outdoor chairs, and a corn hole game outside. The tall trees around the back yard are lovely. Our 3-year-old said, "It would be nice if this could be Heaven." The inside is attractive and convenient.

We really enjoyed Gregory's home! It was great for a big group - very spacious. It was also well located - close to various shops and restaurants and only a 20 min drive to Portland, but it felt very secluded and peaceful. The property was beautiful and there were some lovely walking/running trails in the immediate vicinity. The hot tub was also a very nice perk - would definitely stay here again!

Kelsey was a great host, super responsive and allowed us to check in earlier due travel changes. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a ten-day stay and very clean upon arrival. Location is great; central to both small town and urban charm. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Windham. The house was exactly as described and it was not just dog friendly, it was dog accommodating (just like Portland). Would definitely stay again.

This unit was delightful in every way...clearly a labor of love, solidly and tastefully built, such a well-stocked kitchen, terrific lighting, spotless, awesome spaces to hang out (screened-in porch, back deck, multiple places to sit and eat), very thoughtfully done! We enjoyed the firepit with all the fixings to get a fire going. Quiet road with easy access to Portland and also points further north. Kevin's place worked really well for my two dogs and myself. There is a fenced in back yard. I liked the setup of the primary bedroom with the attached full bath and laundry. Comfortable bed! Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to access other areas of Portland. I really appreciated the back deck setup. I need to find the comfy chair they have out back for my own home! Clean and usable kitchen. Nice stack of Maine materials and recommendations for local items to check out. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thank you!

My friends and I stayed at Charlene's for 2 nights while we explored Portland and Peak's Island. The house was very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. We had trouble locking a door and Charlene sent her husband right over. We are city girls and prefer to have all the doors locked. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and in the evening to have some snacks. Charlene's home is about 20 minutes from downtown and was quite easy to find. It is very quiet and peaceful. One morning I heard a flock of turkeys outside. If you plan to spend time in Portland, do not hesitate to book Charlene's home. MT Lyons, Albany, NY

My family was looking for a place this year to just get away, and Michael’s place was the perfect spot to do so. Close enough to the ocean and Portland, but far enough away to for some much needed R& R. Michael is an excellent host, and is very responsive to all messages. Thanks for everything!

Angela‘s place was very clean had a lot of cute little things around that made me laugh. We flew in very late at night when everything was closed and we’re thankful to see that she had water in the fridge and coffee for the morning since nothing was open for us to stop. Very close to downtown Portland.
