Holiday rentals with beach access in Gooise Meren

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in der Unterkunft (zu dritt). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, in einer belebten Gegend und trotzdem etwas abgeschieden, da oberhalb des Hafenbeckens. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist am Morgen, wie auch am Abend super schön. Geräumige Wohnung mit Platz. Im Küchenblock fehlen einige wenige Dinge (Schneidebrett, Sieb) und es gibt keinen richtigen Backofen, nur ein großes Multifunktionsgerät mit Grillfunktion und Mikrowelle. Die Ausflugsziele sind super vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei (sportliche Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser und außerhalb), Fahrten nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht, Radtouren, Museen... Catherine oder die Kolleg*innen vom Hafenbüro sind tagsüber immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Hinweis: Die Unterkunft ist nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Un séjour parfait chez Joke, super accueil, appartement très propre et agréable dans une ville paisible à 20 minutes en bus du centre-ville d'Amsterdam. Merci 🌟

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Tolle Gastgeberin und absolute gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tolle Ausstattung, so dass wir uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Noch mal vielen Dank für alles Claudia

Robin war immer gut zu erreichen. Außerdem war die Unterkunft wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Die Öffnung und das Abschließen der Tür ging auch immer einwandfrei. Die Tram war gut zu fuß zu erreichen und man war wie beschrieben, in knapp 25 Minuten in dem Centrum von Amsterdam. Die Aussicht aufs Wasser war auch super toll. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne! ☺️🫶🏻

Rundum perfekt für eine Auszeit mit der Familie! Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und an einer Strandbar mit Spielplatz für die Kinder. Zudem kann man direkt am Wasser spazieren. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmospäre und bittet alles, was man für die Auszeit benötigt.

Eveline en Stefan zijn geweldige hosts. Ze respecteren je privacy, maar staan je graag te woord om je de omgeving beter te leren kennen. Het huisje is ruim en schoon. Heel rustig. Ook locatie kan niet beter; op een boogscheut van Amsterdam. Helemaal top.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Marije. Belle maison fidèle aux photos (lit 160 très confortable dans une chambre et 2 lits gigognes en 90 pour l'autre chambre), accueillante et agréable à vivre, dans un quartier résidentiel calme près d'une forêt. Commerces (SPAR 7j/7, boulangerie, boucherie..) à 5 min à pied. A 20 min en voiture des parkings relais (Arena ou Zeeburg) pour prendre les transports en commun vers le centre d'Amsterdam. La communication avec Marije a été très facile.

Bei Mirjam im Lovly family House ist auf jeden Fall Erholung im Urlaub angesagt. Es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet, eben zum wohlfühlen. Auch der kleine Garten läd bei schönem Wetter zum verweilen ein. Von Muidenberg kann man viele schöne Fahrradtouren unternehmen und ist in Kürze bequem in Amsterdam. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit einem großen Freundeskreis für vier Tage in Aniques Haus zu Gast. Nach dem persönlichem Empfang und der kleinen Einweisung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche und die Terrasse war unser Place to be und mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir das Dorf und die naturnahe Landschaft um Muiden erkunden. Der großartige Bäcker vor der Tür, und kleinere Lokalitäten haben uns toll mit Speis und Trank versorgt. Das Kochen in der großen Küche war großartig und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Jeder von uns hatte auch einen Raum/Zimmer als Rückzugsort, da das Haus groß genug war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die 3 Toiletten bzw. WC‘s haben uns das Zusammenleben erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch für den farbenfrohen Blumenemfang. Wir werden unseren Miniurlaub in Muiden sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten.

This is a stunning house in a beautiful area. The kitchen is chef’s quality and the bath rooms and bedrooms were beautiful as well. There are two separate living/sitting areas which worked well for our group of 6 adults. The area where the house is located is lovely and I wish we could have been there in spring/summer to enjoy the great bike and walking paths. Our group had a wonderful time and I highly recommend. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in Amsterdam proper this may not be right for you as it takes around 40 minutes to get to the central parts of the city and involves a train/bus and then a change to tram/metro depending on where you are going. We easily figured it all out but something to think about if being in Amsterdam proper is what you are looking for. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Casa fantastica e funzionale, con giardino dotato di servizi superiori alle aspettative. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato. Rob è un persona sempre disponibile e cortese, molto cordiale all'accoglienza. Zona residenziale estremamente tranquilla e in linea con le ns aspettative, soprattutto logistiche, rispetto al nostro programma di vacanza. Presenti servizi di prossimità adeguati. Esperienza consigliata!

Rick was a wonderful host, had a friend greet us on arrival to show us the place and gave us a little tour of the town, since he was away. Greeted us with a bottle of wine and an excellent instruction manual and recommendations of nearby “things to do” He has a lovely home in a walkable town. Rick was responsive to any concern we had. I highly recommend this property and Rick!

I stayed in Balaz's apartment for a week with my two older daughters. It is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The apartment is the ideal base for excursions into the city center of Amsterdam, the connection by streetcar is easy to reach and you are at the central station in a quarter of an hour. When you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax in the apartment or on the nearby beach. I can highly recommend Balazs' apartment for Amsterdam vacations.

We spent a wonderful week at Derek's place. Very easy to get to via public transportation from the airport. Derek was responsive to messages and met us when we arrived to hand over keys and gave a quick tour. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we would need if we wanted to cook. I love the Dutch configuration of having the shower in its own huge room and separate room for the toilet. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the afternoon sunshine. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Museumplien, Melkweg, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Eva’s spacious and beautifully renovated ground-floor apartment (with step free access). The location is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet, yet it’s still close enough to the city center. Just minutes from Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark, it offers a nice balance between relaxation and accessibility. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with access to a peaceful garden terrace in the backyard, great for enjoying some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen, included a microwave, oven, and dishwasher etc. The living room featured a new TV with Netflix, ideal for unwinding. The ground-floor location offered step-free access, which was very convenient. Martin was an outstanding and communicative host, accommodating a late check-out due to a flight change and stocking the fridge with both regular and non-alcoholic beverages. Overall, this is a comfortable retreat with a lovely outdoor space. Dank je wel, Martin (& Eva)!

Es ist eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Sie befand sich einer ruhigen Lage außerhalb der Stadt , umgeben von Wasser und viel Grün, aber dennoch gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden (ca. 30-40min mit der Bahn). Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und flexibel, als wir spät einchecken mussten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier super.

10+ years on AirBnB and this is hands down our favorite experience. Five stars is not enough! The house was immaculately clean, with comfortable and modern design. It felt like a luxury hotel - but with character. Our hosts anticipated our needs and left out everything we could want. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient for tourists - walkable to De Pijp, and right by a tram stop. We cooked meals in the evenings, the kitchen is fantastic, and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. It was ideal for our family of four (3 & 14 year olds). Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time as a family. The hosts provided LOTS of toys, crib, baby gate, changing pad, high chairs, kids furniture, more than we have had anywhere else we have ever stayed! It was truly a home away from home and we loved getting to visit this slice of Amsterdam. The location was also incredible, right on a canal, with tram lines, grocery stores, coffee shops, playgrounds, restaurants, markets, and more all in walking distance.
