Private entrance, plenty of parking, This is a working horse farm with 2 stallions, mares and foals. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably but if you have a larger group you are welcome to bring airbeds. This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children.

The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.
