Holiday rentals with a patio in Goochland County

This was a PERFECT stay for us! We were traveling from Florida to Michigan, but made a pit stop in Richmond to visit a friend. We had our 2 dogs with us and needed an easy and comfortable spot for all of us. This Airbnb was clean, had cute decor, super easy to check in with crystal clear instructions, very friendly host, and a great location for pets! The backyard where the entrance was is huge and absolutely stunning. Our doggos loved it. I also loved her coffee station setup. So essential! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Great place. Great location. Very close to Scott’s addition which has all sorts of restaurants and breweries. In the opposite direction is the Museum District which is quiet and green. Also walkable. Only gripe is that it was a bit warm and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the thermostat. If you’re a hot sleeper like me the front room closest to the front door is much cooler than the one in the back. Just a heads up. Also they do allow pets but NOT on furniture so keep that in mind as well. That includes beds.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

Alyssa's place is centrally located and very walkable. Parking was easy. There were many little amenities in the apartment like a light and plenty of hangers in the closets, bathroom shelf for your phone, a guidebook, reading and games. Super comfy bed and sofa, and great shower. Alyssa removed scent diffusers per my request which I appreciated. Great spot, will stay again!

Sylvester’s place is awesome he is very respectful and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a wonderful stay. Sylvester place is clean and has all the accommodations to help you have a great stay. He greets you and makes you feel welcome. It’s in the country so it’s really not much to do but if you just wont to sleep comfortably Sylvester place is the place to be.

Our little family has a great stay! The place was just as described, neighborhood and all. A couple notes if you are traveling with a toddler like we were: I definitely had some nervousness about HOW beautiful and well decorated the place was once we got there, because there are some really nice and very breakable things :-) I’m glad to say nothing got broken during our stay, but there was some very close eye-keeping around certain areas. The steps are a little steep for small or older legs, especially the top step, but again we were just a little careful and all went well. Ten out of ten overall and will definitely be back!!

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

This place is immaculate and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, wonderful sheets, great towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is new and fresh as the picture show. And the best part is how wonderful the host is. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Very large home and the backyard was very cute for hanging out. Quiet street!!

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

This place is all about location. Just a couple blocks from Cary street with great restaurants, shopping and bars.

We had a wonderful stay! Hosts gave clear instructions, so check in was easy. Breakfast items were available for our stay and the house was stocked with almost any toiletry you needed (or forgot). One of the few Airbnb stays where it honestly felt like you were at home!

We had a great stay at Jewelan's place. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you need, and in a neighborhood that is both quiet and within walking distance to the livelier parts of the city. Communication with the host was also clear, quick and nice. I absolutely recommend!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

One of the most stylish and continently located places we have ever stayed in. Host gave clear instructions for checking in and out. We would love to book here again.

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Eugene's place was perfect for our needs. It has great Richmond charm and the location was unbeatable for a VCU reunion weekend!

It was very nice and clean, walkable to many restaurants and historical places. Rachel did a great job 👏!!

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Jackson Ward. As a former Richmond-er it was a pleasure to immerse myself in the city once again in this unique loft with industrial design elements. The interior design made my visit extra special, as well as the welcome PBR and chocolate. Excellent hosts and perfect unit for couples if you want your own bathroom and space to get ready. The building was extremely quiet and well located- a true hidden gem. The only downside is there are limited options for local convenience stores within walking distance. I will be staying here again!
