Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

Massimo is super nice and accommodating. He was always available and quick to respond. Everything is very straightforward. Location is quiet. The place has everything you need and has plenty of space. We were there with 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was completely adequate. We enjoyed using the spacious barbecue. There are outdoor showers and a private pool. There is also enough space for the kids to play outside in the garden. The nearest small beach is within walking distance. A slightly larger beach with beach bar is available in Porto Pino, about 5 minutes by car. We loved it. Clear recommendation 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace. A treat for the eye. You immediately feel very welcomed and the surroundings make you relax right away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the peace and beauty of se place.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from Portovesme and a few dozen minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of the south-west coast. Kept in order, very clean and with everything you need. They really thought of everything and made sure we didn't miss a thing. Francesca is an exemplary host, communication with her was excellent, she was available and welcomed our requests regarding check-in and check-out without any problems. We already know where we will be staying for the next Girotonno. Highly recommended! Thank you so much again for everything, see you soon. 🤗

We had a wonderful stay with Francesca and her husband. Every day she would come out of the garden with a surprise, from the chickens or something she had made herself. The veranda is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the freedom.

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. As a solo traveller using public transport this place was great. The town centre and market is 10 minutes away and the station and big supermarket only 20 minutes. The house was quiet and safe, and all the amenities modern and clean. Alessio was very accommodating and his English way better than my Italian. A very comfortable stay.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Claudio couldnt have been more attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay in his house which was very quiet indeed.

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Traditional house paired with modern Amenities. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)
