A wonderful place and a wonderful host. Our stay went extremely well, without even any minor incidents. 24th floor opens an incredible sea view and beautiful surroundings. A lot of places nearby to go to. It’s definitely worth it to come here again.

in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

The host is always available and always answers the rooms are clean and tidy the location is excellent and the prices are great

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, super cozy, well-equipped, and with a beautiful view. The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance, which made it so easy to enjoy Batumi without needing a car. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and even suggested a convenient parking spot just across the street. The house was just like in the photos, immaculately clean, in a very central place, with a great view and such a large plaza. We can call it a price performance venue. We had a wonderful time with our son, and most importantly, Keti was always in contact with us, answering our questions with satisfaction and sincerity. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend this place to anyone ❤️

Very nice and clean place with wonderful view. Anton is a great host, always responses if you text. Good sheets, nice smell in the flat, host left some tea and water (very helpful after way). The internet is enough to work remotely (as I did). Absolutely recommended this place.

Everything was beyond amazing. Great neighbors in the building. Well soundproofed from outside traffic. Safe and secure property. Beautiful home with attention to all details a traveler would want. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Batumi or any area in Georgia. A perfect spot to make as a home base as you do day trips from Batumi.

Such an amazing place on the beach and amazing host, great when you wanna get away from the city and enjoy nature. Just note that transportation could be tricky bring cash in case you wanted to stop a taxi at the road cuz sometimes you need to wait till you catch a bolt but other than that everything was amazing and peaceful 🙏🏼
