The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

You will be the only guests in our large country house, rustic but charming and full of period details. The entire portion of the house already renovated is at your disposal. Ample space for six people: a large living room-bedroom with fireplace (double canopy bed and a single bed); a room with another double bed; an independent single bed; bathroom and a large kitchen. Large outdoor spaces with garden, porch and beautiful views.
