Measuring approximately 60m2, the house has two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. Max. 4-6 guests. Everything was built and designed to maintain a country house decor, focused on comfort and details. 1500 m2 of private property, with swimming pool, garden and outdoor area. Whether it's relaxing under the river bank next to the house, sunbathing in the pool area, in the deck dining/leisure area, at a meal with the grill or in pure contemplation anywhere on the property.

Ground floor, in 'open-space' with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room, AC and fireplace for colder days. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and a reading room (with a Studio bed), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Outdoor space with table for alfresco dining.
