Apartment Douro river 5 km to Porto

A nice big flat, completely renewed, fully equipped, 150 mts from the river and bus station. Natural, calm environment, 5 km away from Porto city center. With private balcony and a huge common terrace with view over the river. There are three sleeping rooms, one with a couple bed and the other two with two single beds each. There is parking place in front of the apartment and also a garage under the building. We live 7 km away from this apartment in case that something is necessary. Within a radius of 600 mts from the apartment there is a very good restaurant and three smaller cafés and brad shops. For those interested there's the possibility of windsurfing lessons and/or windsurf gear rental.

Casa de Areja is located in front of the Douro River, in a secluded and very quiet location, 30 minutes from Porto. It has a small pier that gives you the possibility of using a water transport. 🚤 It has a private pool that can be heated at an additional cost. 🏊🏻‍♀️ The house has 3 en-suites, one of which has a crib. It also has a common space with two sofa beds. Therefore, it can accommodate 6 adults, 4 children and 1 baby.
