Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

On one side there is an unforgettable view of the historic town of Labin on a hill to which you can walk, while on the other side the view extends to the islands and Kvarner. The owner of this house has an extremely large land with fields and vineyards, so you can walk, ride a bike or swim in the pool while enjoying an unforgettable view.

upon arrival in the spacious free parking, you can use the private entrance through the corridor to your room which is tastefully decorated, on the other side of the corridor is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Smoke-free and no pets are allowed throughout the stay. For a delicious breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing you can stay outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.
