Švica Home with a View

House S&D is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers its guests a place to stay, free WiFi, parking, and a large backyard. The house has a bedroom, living room, gallery with two French beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a social room that contains a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen, and a tavern for tasting products from its own family. In the summer months, guests also have access to an organic vegetable garden, as well as a barbecue.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Apartment 4M is located at the Krlenac 18 Promenade. As it is a dead end, this can guarantee minimal vehicle traffic, thus ensuring privacy and peace. The center of Ogulin is about 850 meters or about 10 minutes on foot. The apartments are located on the first floor and the ground floor of a detached house, offering a beautiful view of Mount Klek through the window. There is a parking lot in the yard, and guests can use a large garden where they can relax in a natural environment.
