Group location 7-16 pers, 7 persons is minimum to stay. You pay per person. Renovated authentic large country house 1907 in Amsterdam Lake district, Loosdrecht. Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. This fresh studio is equipped with all facilities, free parking in front of the door and located near arterial roads (A28) and a direct public transport connection to Utrecht Central (bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance). Whether you want to enjoy the cozy Zeist, go hiking on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or take the bus to Utrecht, be welcome! The studio is in a quiet residential area and has a private garden, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, interactive TV, WiFi and rain shower.

The cottage has its own entrance on a demarcated piece on the property.

Our old farmhouse has a large stable whose backside has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature which will immediately give a wonderful holiday feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with stunning views, table tennis table and fire pit can be used. Spot birds of prey like buzzards to deer and butterflies and relax completely.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
