Your stay includes use of all watersports toys, pool and playground for children. The beach is calm and warm with many beach restaurants and bars within walking distances. If you have children, we also offer Osa Jungle Camp that the children may attend for a fee while you enjoy your holiday. Many exotic animals and sea life right outside your door.

Private 40-Acre Hacienda Estate

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Our central location makes for easy access from Puerto Jimenez, while being only 15 minutes from untouched rainforest and the pristine coastal region of Cabo Matapalo. The space is built above our garage, an open-air design with a massive wrap-around deck as the star feature. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom with hot shower, and plunge pool!

There are hammocks, rocking chairs, sunsets, monkeys, hummingbirds, macaws just to name a few. If relaxing is your adventure of choice, between our once in a lifetime wildlife tours, you are in the right place. There is a short adventure jungle trail from our place to the beach (we are elevated 90m from the ocean) that has you ten minutes away from the warm Pacific waters.

Relax surrounded by nature in all directions. Our rustic cabin features a beautiful view looking out over the mountains and gulf, which will leave you calmer as soon as you sit down. We're located just 10 minutes outside of town and 10 minutes to the beach, secluded up in the peaceful mountains with nature on all sides. We are a full old-school BnB with traditional Tico breakfast included (& other meals available for purchase). Our two cabins share a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
