Nice place in a great location. The water heater didn’t work, but overall it was comfortable and good for 2–3 people.

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

We were so satisfied with the appartement, that we decided to extend our stay there. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Jorgo was very pleasant. Got Answers within minutes and helped us with any issues we had. Can honestly fully recommend the Place.

Great appartment on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very kind and checkin was easy. The bistro on the ground floor was perfect for getting food and drinks. And we could also watch Bundesliga. Definitely recommend

Flavio’s place was a fantastic home base for our month-long stay in Tirana. It’s within walking distance to all the best spots, has excellent Wi-Fi for remote work, and Flavio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Mariola's apartment is perfectly located to explore Blloku and very walkable to any other attractions and sights in the area. Follow her check in instructions to get to the apartment itself (takes a few steps but her photo guidance is spot on!). The apartment was clean and well equipped, there isn't a dryer machine however there is a covered balcony and she provides ample drying racks. Above all, Mariola was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our travel plans - would be happy to stay here again!

The accommodation is centrally located in Tirana – many attractions and great restaurants are within walking distance. The spacious apartment can accommodate six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a shower. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds very comfortable. We felt completely comfortable! A big thank you to Viola – she was very attentive, helpful and always available. We'd love to come back! 🫶

Besmir is an incredibly kind host! The apartment is beautiful and located in the city center. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport in the middle of the night at a great price! Communication with him was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I would stay at the FamilyTree with Victor and Maria anytime I’m in Durres/Golem. The apart-hotel is so nicely decorated, with a super a cheerful vibe! This dog-friendly accommodation cannot be passed up. Less then 5 minutes from the beach with nearby restaurants in the hostels…even in the low-season, it was a lovely stay. It was a little far to the main supermarket but still reasonable walking distance, most of which you can do along the promenade if you wish. Maria is an amazing hostess! Anything you need, any question you have, she is there to help and accommodate you. She even got me a pair of sandal to use in the house because of the cold floors, and I didn’t have. Plus with the low season, they were able to be flexible with check in and check out times which I appreciated The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay- dishes, some cooking items, etc. plus there is a washing machine onsite. Plus I have to say, the water pressure in the shower was top notch.

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

Excellent place, centrally located with great accessibility to all the famous spots. There is a nearby 24x7 mart as well. The host was very responsive and any additional requests that I had she complied. If I am ever coming to Albania definitely booking through these guys. The place was as exactly as shown in the pictures,also the lightening was really nice. Overall great comfortable experience!

properly equipped accommodation for a dynamic couple in tourism mode... 15 min walk from the centre of the capital. Various routes possible. amenities in the neighbourhood... Besmir is very responsive to any requests. We recommend this contact/host.

Clean & cosy place near popular area Blloku and Lake.

We stayed here for about a month. We were quite satisfied, our host and her manager were very responsive, and the apartment manager always came to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, and with a good price. The only negative is that we frequently experienced water cutoffs during the evenings (starting around 10 pm), and a few times also during daytime. All in all, we recommend this place - but be aware that you might encounter problems with the water supply in parts of Durrës.
