Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

The apartment ( 70 m2 ) is fully furnished and is better for long stays. Is all brand new and never used before. New building (2024) with elevator and the apartment is on the 5 floor. We arrived at Villa Zen Oasis with the aim of escaping the daily stress for a few days. We couldn't have chosen better. We arrive in front of this gate and we were already feeling good, we enter a micro-world that already had the smell of tranquility, but we did not imagine that we had happened on the right side of paradise. After a well-kept driveway, we arrive at the entrance of this beachfront villa, where tranquility and silence reign supreme. This magnificent garden, just a few metres from the practically private beach. The Villa with its beautiful interior smells new, fresh; the owner, who speaks impeccable Italian, was available in everything, made us feel welcomed and pampered. We stayed with the aim of relaxing and our experience was beyond all expectations. If there's a way, we'll definitely be back! We can only recommend the location to anyone who, like us, needs a little getaway! Thank you.
