Welcome to Rubicon Ranch and “The Gully” rental. Multi-unit triplex with walkout lower level available on 11 acres. This is a bunkhouse style with 1 bedroom and bathroom plus 4 beds in the main room. 1 queen in the bedroom plus queen bunkbed and trundle with 2 twins in the main room. Includes designated firepit and grill. The third unit of the triplex is open as of Aug 1, 2024. You may hear people walking around upstairs or making some limited noises. 42 inch wide main door for wheelchair.

Vacation at this gorgeous, custom cedar cottage mostly finished in 2013 (basement was finished later) with direct, sandy beach frontage on Lake Michigan! In addition to outstanding views of the lake, direct Lake Michigan is just off the cedar deck down the dune trail and some stone steps, an ideal location, close to Silver Lake and just under 20 min to quaint Pentwater! The pristine setting of the cottage is on a dead end, private street. No neighbors across the street - just beautiful woods!
