Lake home at gorgeous Upper Silver Lake just waiting for memories to be made. The large lot is perfect for entertaining with large decks on both the front and back of the cottage. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of stepping away from the real world. The house has all the amenities you need. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Dune Haven 2 built in 2023 is a quality built 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Correct number of guests required for an accurate price.
