This beautiful cabin has a two-burner cooktop stowed away to cook your own meals and a mini wood-burning stove to keep you cozy. The Nordic Cabin has everything you need in a small cozy footprint. This bright one bedroom cabin holds a rustic charm set in a forested area, located just out of the town of Golden, BC. As the smallest of all the Wild Wood Cabins, the layout of Deer Crossing is cozy and compact, perfect for two guests. There is an open concept bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and washroom. Downstairs has the kitchen and living area sharing one open space. A pull-out-couch is included for an extra guest. Two covered decks also allow for more enjoyable times outdoors.

Walk, snowshoe or xc ski right from the door and explore the trails and the Blaeberry River. Warm up beside the wood stove and enjoy the ambiance of the timber framed cabin. Located on a dead end road , you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet location.

A magical place to spend a weekend or a week of relaxing and adventuring in the surrounding National Parks, 4 of them are less than an hours drive from the lodge. Your only regret will be that you didn't stay longer.

Lots of parking. Cabin is 650 sq ft. Minutes from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden Skybridge. Gorgeous views of both the Purcell Mountains and Mount 7. Well treed, peaceful location with occasional wildlife.

Cornice Suite

Cornice suite is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and adjacent to the Dawn Mt. Nordic Trails. The suite has spectacular mountain views and is located above the garage in our new home. Walk or ski 10 min. to the gondola and community restaurants and shops. My place is good for couples and families. King bed converts to two singles.
