Condo holiday rentals in Golden Beach

We had a very comfortable stay. All the basic amenities including a hygienic bathroom and functional kitchen was available. The stay is in a prime location and a safe locality. The host was super helpful and cooperative.

Pooja and Kunal's place was quite spacious, cozy and clean, with a functional kitchen along with utensils and cutlery. We found the room way colder than the outside scorching temperature. The caretaker Suman was always available for help and recommendations. Totally recommended.

This Airbnb is inside a vast and beautiful resort close to the lighthouse. It’s away from the main hustle and bustle of the busy market so best for people who want to avoid the crowd and rush and enjoy a peaceful stay. The room is exactly as described and had everything we could have wanted. Since we were two female travellers and safety was of paramount importance. This place lived up to it. The beach is at a walkable distance, even visible from the balcony. The common amenities like the pool and restaurant are available. The caretaker Bapun da was very helpful and always available for any queries and helped us with contacts for puja at the temple, number of drivers etc. There is an auto stand right outside for travel. Food deliveries are available. All in all it was the most wonderful stay. If you don’t mind travelling away from the main very busy and very chaotic market place then this is the place to be 🙂

Subhashree is a great host - very proactive, always responsive and prompt. The caretaker were also very helpful throughout the stay. The place was very clean and tidy. It had all the listed amenities and was conveniently located near the temple. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay.

Great stay

I had a truly delightful stay at the ShriDham apartment Airbnb. The ambience is serene and soothing, with tasteful decor that makes the apartment feel just like home. It's located close to Puri beach, yet a little secluded from the hustle of the city, which adds to its peaceful charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the host’s thoughtful gesture in arranging a smooth and memorable temple darshan experience. The host was always available to answer any queries and assist whenever needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with all major restaurants nearby, and Swiggy delivery available. Plus, there are three restaurants within the apartment campus itself—super handy for a relaxed meal without stepping out far. Everything was well-maintained and beautifully arranged. The only suggestion would be to add a washing machine, which would make this place a perfect 10/10.

Here are a few differences I noticed compared to the description: - The listing mentioned self-check-in with building staff, but the actual check-in was handled by hotel staff with proper documentation and form submission. - The hotel images show a sofa with chairs, but these are not part of the amenities. The available amenities are correctly listed in the description. - I had requested an early check-in, which was confirmed by the host and reflected in the Airbnb app as accepted. However, the actual check-in happened around 11:30 AM. - There is no kitchen, only a kettle with a water bottle and a tea/coffee maker provided. Apart from these points, all the listed amenities were neat, clean, and aligned with a 3-star hotel standard. Everything was in excellent condition, and the room was tidy and very clean. While the host was not very responsive in chat, they did call when necessary.

If you’re in Puri then without a doubt go for it . I was on a 12 jyotirlinga trip and was arriving early so I requested for early check in as I was on road front last 17 hrs. Mrs Somaya ( manager ) was so positive and she said dnt worry, just came room will be ready . During our whole stay she was just a call away if we needed anything. In fact she used to call an inquire if everything was ok. Just loved the overall experience. A most important thay have a safe personal parking space with guards . So if you re in Puri just go for it.

all good but the place was too far from the locality and sea beach and loadshedding issue otherwise all good

stay at this property alongwith my family was excellent. Very neat & tidy. Kitchenette was very good. All the essential utensils and crockery were available. Location was very good. Sea beach was hardly 5 to 6 min walk away. caretaker was also very sober and helpful. I would wish to stay next time when I visit this place.

It’s a fantastic place with great support from Smita . Location wise really perfect to beach - walkable and other facilities. Place like a home with 2-beds & all facilities. Anytime anything needs, she always makes sure that you get the right things on time. Mostly value for money for a family vacation or couples or anyone… auto / taxi available at front gate. Also caretaker is friendly and on time supports. My suggestion : plz go ahead without any other 2nd thought.

it is very nice place for stay and couple friendly but you need a scooty or car for visit puri over all very good stay staff behaviour is nice

The place was great, the space, the furniture and interior were very appealing. Coordinator Soumya was very responsive and accepted for flexible check-in. I can easily recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Puri with personal vehicle.

You wont regret booking the place. Totally worth it. Gives you the privacy you want. All the amenities listed are right there. You have your personal space in both the rooms. Easy accommodation for a group of 4 people.
