Condo holiday rentals in Golden Beach

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our son was moving into a place right down the street so location was ideal for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking on the upper level of the garage was perfect and directly across from our building. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. We enjoyed the view the most.

The place was exactly as described beautiful and in a great location. Igor was very responsive and provided flexibility. The stunning surroundings and ideal location enhanced the overall experience. Having a host like Igor, who was both responsive and flexible, added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. I would definitely go again.

The place was exactly how it was said to be. The view was gorgeous and it was an all around great experience. The beach was right there and the staff went above and beyond for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything better

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

Excelente todo. Agradecido a Sharone por su atención y sus rápidas respuestas a todas mis preguntas y requerimientos. Departamento muy bien equipado! Único inconveniente fue la falta de mantenimiento del Aire Acondicionado, porque 3 días antes de hacer checkout el agua de condensación desbordó y mojó todo el pasillo principal del departamento. Su reacción para repararlo y resolverlo fue muy rápida! También quiero destacar la flexibilidad absoluta para la hora de checkout. Ubicación inmejorable. Muy contento con mi estadía en el departamento de Sharone!!!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

I want to THANK YOU for the opportunity to stay in this unit! Such a pleasant experience starting with the warm, inviting staff at the reception desk. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, security were present at all times, in the building and in the parking lot. Very comfortable, clean, updated. Everything that was needed and then some! WiFi very dependable, allowed me to "work from home" without concern. The desk is positioned by sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice l views of the intercoastal. Bed super comfy

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

El departamento de Doug es hermoso! La decoración es increíble, colores y elementos relacionados con mar y playa! Todo estaba impecable, y Doug estuvo pendiente de todos los detalles, respondiendo rápidamente a todas las consultas. This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

Raynald’s co do was absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I have not taken vacation in years and this spot for this price was absolutely perfect! There is tons to do with private access to the beach as well as TWO outdoor pools! We will definitely be staying again!

Muy lindo lugar!!! Ubicación inmejorable y buenos servicios. El valet parking se debe pedir 20 minutos antes de salir así te traen el coche, buena atención de todos los empleados del hotel. Gimnasio muy lindo y pileta increíble. Hay todo los necesario en el departamento con su cocina y heladera. La vista desde el balcón muy linda! Ubicación cerca de Aventura mall donde hay mucho para recorrer y conocer. Recomiendo el lugar!!!
