Unser Apartment ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Unter anderem bietet es eine Emma-Matratze, Wohnraumlüftung und einen separaten Eingang! Es befindet sich ganz in der Nähe von Salzburg. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und mit dem Bus (30min)/Auto (20min) ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich der Grünauerhof und das Hotel Königgut! Beide sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Zwei Spielplätze sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Due to the good location of this accommodation you have the best of country and city - a beautiful view of mountains, with the historic Salzburg Old Town reachable in just 15 minutes by car. This is a small but nice room. The bathroom is located outside and NOT in the property itself. It's located in the hallway. The room is further equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as access to a communal laundry room in the basement.

The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking space available on the premises.
