The Villas la Paz owners' personal residence in San José, located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in San José, La Guaria; the Tropical Orchid Villa is a gem situated 20 minutes away from downtown. Constructed nearly 50 years ago, and recently renovated, it has old style tiling, big long sliding doors and great cozy elegant feel to it, you'll love the peaceful atmosphere and garden with hundreds of orchids, flowers and other plants. All basic conveniences and necessities very close by.

My house is located in a good place (Moravia center), Im cendy, im kind friendly and open mine; I live with my little dog (Pomeranium) she's really polite and quite, my house has two bedroom, 1 with single bed and the other with full bed, both with tv, the kitchen is full equipped, there is a washing machine, and 1 space of parking with previusly reservation,

Hello!!! We are a family that lives in Sabanilla, a small suburb of SJ, we love to travel too so we want to open our house to other travelers. Our house is a wood cabin, has a deck and is in a nice neighborhood! We love our pets, 2 dogs and 1 parrot!
