Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Ideally located at the gates of Morvan, 15 minutes from Auxerre and close to Guédelon and Vézelay. Ideal for a couple and two children, the cottage will seduce you with its layout and lush park equipped with games for children.

Relax in this peaceful and central home. Ground floor apartment ideally located, near docks, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the train station and the Abbé Deschamps football stadium. Ideal for business trips, relaxing stays or weekends discovering the area. The apartment has WiFi access and Google TV. The home consists of a bedroom and living room with a corner sofa. Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

The Foreman's House

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
